58 Head of cattle, plus a trade site! Three rings at once on Judging Day - Amazing Crew, Amazing Cattle & Amazing Clients!
What a cracker of a team we have - and had at BEEF 2021. With nearly 60 head that we had the privilege of presenting, this crew were a top rate team to have.
We like to treat our "crew" or otherwise known as our "kids" or family like we would want someone to look after our own. We really appreciate that many of these we have connections too outside of work and they are all very capable young people with "other jobs" so we are very appreciative for their commitment to JJ Fitting and their help.

The "Kids" (our Cherubs) - who are really young adults
You may not see them all the time but the next gen are heavily involved in the business. Some like the breaking in process, some like the organising and the bookwork, some like the night shift! The 3 of them all have their areas of interest outside of cows too which we encourage.
But we have 2 that have cattle interests that are the main stay of the operation behind the scenes. They are more than capable in running the business and most importantly know the high standards we aim to maintain for our clients' cattle. When we say the "kids" are looking after things - you know things are in good hands - there isn't much they can't fix, handle, draft, weld, service organise, lead or drive.
